Privacy policy

We only collect what you type in.

• Free demo requests: your name, phone number and email address, your business name and town, and a short message with your trade and current website if you add one.
• Free check requests: your website's address, your name, your phone number and your email address.
• Chats: the messages you type to NPS Assistant, our chat assistant. If you give NPS Assistant your name and phone number, it sends them to us with the chat so we can call you back.

To answer your request: to build your demo or run the free check, email it to you, and follow up with you about it.

A service provider processes them only to run this website: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and delivers your request to us by email, and Anthropic, whose AI powers the chat assistant.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.

Here's where your details are kept, and for how long:

• Our email inbox: requests are emailed to us. We keep them so we can follow up with you, until you ask us to delete them.
• Our hosting provider's storage: free demo and free check requests are kept in Cloudflare's storage for up to 30 days so we can build your demo or run your check, then deleted automatically.
• Our hosting logs: Cloudflare keeps a copy in this website's logs, so no request gets lost. It's deleted automatically within 7 days.
• Chats: your messages go to Anthropic to write NPS Assistant's replies, and Anthropic's standard practice is to delete them within 30 days. This website doesn't save a chat unless you give NPS Assistant your name and number; then it's emailed to us like a request.

Want your details deleted? Just ask: call (413) 378-2923 or email northeastpremiumsites@gmail.com. We'll delete what we hold, and the copies in the hosting logs and with Anthropic expire on the schedule above.

NPS Assistant is an AI assistant, not a person. It can make mistakes, so check anything important with us.

NPS Assistant can't make binding quotes or agreements. Prices and plans are confirmed by Northeast Premium Sites directly.

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and it doesn't run ad trackers. It doesn't run analytics either.

Like any website, it needs a host to load: Cloudflare serves the pages and the fonts. It sees the basic information every browser sends, such as your IP address.
